This is a concept that has been building over time. It's probably the best way to define my philosophy of life.
In a nutshell, it represents an anchor I use to accept everything that unfolds my experience of life. The good and bad.
What I want, what I don't want. What I like, what I dislike. The excitement and the boredom.
Initially OA allowed me to accept for myself, and the more I applied it to myself, the more I started to apply it others.
When you accept yourself and others fully, it's a huge weight of your shoulders. There's no 'one' to be other than who you are (and the same goes for anyone else). There's big money in trying to convince you otherwise. Consider how much time & money you've spent on products and services to become someone else.
This is not to say our efforts to level up are a waste of time... one of my traits is CANI (constant and never ending improvement). I will continue to seek ways to improve how I relate to life until I die.
But it does validate one of my 3 pillars (triangle of contentment) of existence: To trust in the perfection of the moment.
Because everything has already happened if you zoom out far enough.
