20,000

Days

It’s a number—but is it arbitrary? Or meaningful? Life is the meaning you give it! And I feel a great sense of peace because I’ve made it this far. I’m letting go of the need to prove myself to myself or anyone else. If my life ended today, it would be OK. I’ve embraced the idea that I’m OK with things not being OK. All of my energy goes towards shining light on the omnipresent peace, love, & joy… and not on fear, shame, & hate!

Recognize the simple truth… by asking the simple question:

Hours

People don't have unrealistic goals, they have unrealistic expectations on the time (and effort) it takes to achieve those goals.

At 8am this morning, I witnessed 20,000 hours on my countdown to age 50.

Your best is yet to come.

It was timely that an email from Mel Robbins arrived today - it spoke to the idea that success is a numbers game. That's it! There's nothing else you need to know.

You may have to work harder than others to achieve the same result. But when you can see that the reward is in the work, you won't be phased by it.
