Integrity
Integrity has long been a core value of mine. But what does integrity truly mean to me and how do I know I'm living it? Before I get into what integrity means, I want to dive into the reason why clarify of core values is so important. From the wireframed perspective, values are at the core of the programs running in your the super computer between your ears. So whatever values our programmer has will show up in the programs run. One of the quality checks a programmer looks for is whether or not the program is aligned with the values the coder intended. When the outputs are not in alignment to those core values, errors are generated. This is why a close friend, whom I had some much love and appreciation for, fell from grace in my view. She consistently violated the 'kindness' value that I hold up for myself and others by talking negatively and being so judgemental of others. The upside? I discovered the distinction that judgement itself was at the core of criticism and anti-kindness. Hate is a bit of a over For example, if the program exhibits dishonesty, its buggy. A buggy program puts strain on the system. It's not operating efficiently. It uses more power and energy. Just as I stopped running the Chrome browser on my mac book, all of the sudden - my mac didn't run so hot, the battery lasted longer, and all my other programs ran more efficiently. If you feel your energy is drained, there's a good chance you are out of integrity with your values somewhere in your life. Operate true to your values and nobody else's. Absolutely! Shifting your core values from nouns to verbs is a powerful way to make them actionable and central to your daily life. Here’s how you might translate each value:

"My mission is to act honestly, live genuinely, give generously, and care deeply-bringing integrity, authenticity, kindness, and compassion into every interaction and decision." Or, if you prefer something even more succinct and action-oriented: "I strive to act with honesty, live with genuineness, give with kindness, and care with compassion in all that I do."
