I started using Trello for my unschedule strategy which I plan to stick with for 2019.
The idea is that you can only utilize one card at a time! You drag and drop ONE activity to the current time slot you are in. You keep your log on each activity card. That way, when you pick the activity back up in the next slot, you have continuity. When that card is pulled off the slots board, it freezes until you come back to it or delegate it someone else. This is a very POWERFUL visual to keep your focus on one activity at a time. There are ( + ) next to activities that you earn a plus 1 on and your daily requirement is plus 10.
