Live from Love or Above

If you cannot change your environment, you either haven’t really chosen to change it or you haven’t cleared the judgments blocking you.

Aligning Agreeing
vs. Resisting Reacting

To your thoughts and the environment around you

Q. How do you get judgments and conclusions from others? A. By Aligning, Agreeing, Resisting, and Reacting to them!

Look at your judgments; recognize that a judgment is a series of conclusion we bought or sold to ourselves after seeing or knowing something.

Here’s the rub - what is truly knowing or seeing? Do we have the ability to truly know or see? How much of our knowing (beliefs) are false beliefs - based on an assumption we made (and continue to make)?

The way to raise your frequency is to quit judging everything. If you have a conclusion about something, that judgment could limit that which you pull into your reality. Behind one judgment are hundreds of smaller beliefs.

This is how we limit ourselves.

To become limitless, raise your vibration. To raise your vibration, remove all judgments.

There is a space between as the place were thoughts emerge and when the thought emerges. Meditation is all about expanding the space between through and no thought. What exists before thought? No thought. Focus on the space between.

You just have to tune in (curiosity) to that space between.

The empty space presents itself continuously. Without space, new thoughts cannot occur. What has began to unfold for me since I began meditating is that I am recognizing the space between - I am more intentionally choosing my thoughts to fill the space. I begin each day by implanting a set of empowering thoughts that moving me towards the experience I want to have. As I have become more aware of this way of living - I am finding that each day is filled with more meaningful experiences. And those experiences add up to create a more meaningful life!

By tuning into the Omega map of consciousness, you can begin to score yourself in each moment - you can begin to recognize if you are moving towards a space of enlightenment / self-realization, or a space of despair and powerlessness.

We arrived into the world from at the top - Love and Peace. When you take everything else away, what exists from the source? Love and Peace.

The process of living in the physical world, being raised in a culture that on the surface has many false beliefs... Depending what happens, we make assumptions - we make judgments. Many of our judgments are based on inaccuracy of assumptions! What made sense for one person yesterday, may not make any sense for another person today, yet we believe it does.

The environment (and the people in it) are the biggest influence on our assumptions for the first half of our life.

The second half of our life, we become wiser - at least we have the opportunity to. We begin to remember what we’ve always known. We become a more independent person - we begin to listen to our soul. We ‘mature’ to a place of higher consciousness.

An aspect of the Merlin Calendar is the emotional point system. It’s important to recognize where we are at any given moment on the scale and give ourselves an appropriate score. We need to be careful not to make any decisions when we are low on the scale!

The time to make decisions is when you high on the scale. Ideally from a place of love or above. (Love, Joy, Peace, and Enlightenment). This is why those who are the most successful in our world are doing what they love. When you do what you love, you are making all your decisions from love or above.

The more time you spend at love or above, the more you will be living into the experience which reflects the purpose upon which your entire life was meant to live.

Notice the things you do that put you in a space of love or above. These are the thing on my top 10 list!

That list should be in your daily view. In fact, it should be part of your daily morning routing (MM):

My top 10:

  1. Meditation
  2. Yoga
  3. Writing / Speaking
  4. Creating (ok, this one is pretty generic)
  5. Cycling (outdoors)
  6. Music
  7. Adventure (pretty generic - but can expanded to ‘new’ - including learning something new)
  8. Intimacy (love) - the physical manifestation of love might be better defined here by relationships (intimacy is just one form).
  9. Asking questions (I am a seeker)
  10. Reflections (This falls under creating, writing, speaking?)
