Mission

Wired on purpose.

My mission is my purpose and my purpose is my calling. I can't say for certain if it will change. In fact, part of knowing it's my calling is the feeling like it won't ever change. It's my true north.

The mission statement

To positively impact the lives of a million people in a significant way. To live a life of significance by serving a purpose greater than myself. To lead others to discover a shared purpose and positively impact the lives of countless others.

Significant is defined as making enough of impact so that the person I impact either mentions it to a friend or takes action. Action is defined as spending money, referring me to someone important to them, or taking the time to give me positive reinforcement. This is how I measure 'significant' in the I statement: I will positively impact a million people in a significant way. It's like when I doing a speaking gig and someone mentions me to someone else.

A Greater Purpose

It's much bigger than myself - it's not about the money and it's definitely not about me.

As a living example, I am the example of how others can live.

Instead of what if?, I say I will. Instead of Can I?, I say I am.

My statements don't end in question marks, they end in commas.

The only true first world problem we have is to solve the third world problem. The obligation of a life of privilege is to help those who lack a privilege.

The fact we elected a leader who optimizes vanity and narcissism, reveals a truth that we've lost touch with a very basic truth. Those whose purpose is only to serve themselves are not qualities we admire. How many of those who voted in favor of our current president are misguided in the belief that the purpose of their life is to serve them self before others?

When you find a purpose greater than yourself, you find flow.

My mission has a deadline:

How will I enroll others to fulfill this mission?
By example.
By providing tools to help them fulfill their own mission.

Q. Are you serving those who support your mission or serving the mission of others?
