This diagram presents a framework for understanding how individuals create their lives through the interplay of possibilities, actions, and results. It draws on concepts often associated with transformational learning and personal development.
Core Model: BE – DO – HAVE
BE (Possibilities/Future): Represents who you are being—your mindset, character, and openness to possibilities. This is about the potential you see for yourself and your life.
DO (Actions/Present): Encompasses the actions you take in the present moment, driven by your sense of possibility and who you are being.
HAVE (Results/Past): Refers to the outcomes or results you achieve, which become part of your past.
The model suggests a flow: who you are being (possibilities) leads to what you do (actions), which produces what you have (results).
Possibilities and Outcomes
The diagram emphasizes that there are only two possible outcomes: Successes or Failures.
It asserts, “We are nothing but the possibilities of everything and anything we want to be,” highlighting the power of choice and mindset.
Guiding Principles for Being
The lower section lists qualities or practices that support creating powerful possibilities:
Live with Integrity: Honor your word and clean up when you don’t.
Be Charismatic: Be present and authentic, not manipulative.
Be Racket Free: Let go of being right and maintain your sense of humor.
Enroll Others: Inspire others with your possibilities.
Be Unreasonable: Don’t accept reasons for why something isn’t possible.
Be Courageous: Acknowledge fear and act anyway.
Be Powerful: Communicate directly and accept outcomes.
Be Peaceful: Let go of the idea that something is wrong; be present.
Key Philosophical Points
“We are meaning making machines. Be the observer to that machine, don’t let the machine dictate your thoughts, actions, or feelings.” This encourages mindfulness and self-awareness, suggesting that much of our suffering comes from the stories we tell ourselves.
“Pain is only that which is perpetuated through the stories our IT makes up.” This implies that pain is often a product of our interpretations, not objective reality.
“We are nothing but rackets & strong suits.” This points to the idea that our personalities are constructed from habitual patterns (rackets) and strengths (strong suits).
“Life is Empty & Meaningless because the only meaning is that which is created (represented) by our thoughts right now.” This existential statement suggests that meaning is not inherent but created by us in the present moment.
Central Choice
The diagram concludes with a stark choice: “Either you create your life, or the machine will.” This means you can consciously create your life or let unconscious patterns (the “machine”) run it.
Overall Message
The diagram explains that life’s outcomes are determined by who we choose to be, the actions we take, and the meanings we create. By being mindful and intentional—living with integrity, courage, and presence—we can create lives filled with possibility and success, rather than being run by automatic thoughts and limiting beliefs.
The Four Pillars at the Foundation of Winning at the Games of Life
Integrity
Integrity at its most basic level, is doing what you said when you said you would do it.
Integrity includes cleaning up the messes you have made by not doing what you said, by breaking your promises, and not being responsible for that.
To maintain integrity requires discipline. By discipline we mean a condition of self control, rigor and maintain order.
Relationships
People become resources for your life. People may be the coaches for your game
Powerful people create powerful alliances with others; they have powerful resources. They allow other people to contribute to them. They network.
Existence
By existence we not only mean that the game exists but how the game exists.
Possibility lives in conversation. Conversations by their nature go out of existence unless managed.
Keeping a possibility in existence requires having a structure - for example milestones, a visual display, a tracking form etc. You need to have something to keep the game alive in distance, time and form. Something to keep the game alive in reality.
You need to keep the existence of your game up to date with accurate information.
Enrollment
Enrollment is causing new possibilities to be present for another such that they are touched moved and inspired by that possibility.
Remember you can have any result you want for yourself and your life that you invent as a possibility and enroll others in your having gotten.

Project: Fitness (Health & Well-Being)
The Why
I know from experience... when I take care of myself, I am better able to take care of others. So caring for myself is not a selfish act.
Integrity
The Past Self
I lack integrity, I say I'll go to the gym, but consistently ignore what I said. I am only but motivated, and as a lot of people know motivation is a temporary thing. I need discipline, a routine that works. What I have right now is the desire to be in shape. To wear a freakin bikini with no shame. So I declare at this moment in time that I'm NOT MOTIVATED, I am dedicated to being in shape. To change up the norm i will:
The Future Self (merlin principle)
The weight of not living in alignment with my values is lifted!
No fast food
Work out at least 5 times in a week
Drink at least 3 glasses of water a day
Yoga once a week, self instructed or not.
Existence
To keep this game in existence I will track my progress on this blog once a week, also I have an app on my phone called Habit Bull. Every time I work out I will click on the days I work out, to keep track of integrity. Also to start the day off I will name my alarms as "Grab a glass of water"
Enrollment
I will enroll at least one friend a week to come workout with me.
