Pitchroom:

this is the start of a significant shift in my business model - as you've seen first hand that my bandwidth is limited, largely because I have failed to establish systems to facilitate others agents to step in to assist and allocate time for each client. Using collaborative authordock rooms, I can enable other agents to facilitate implementation of the successful strategies I see working for other authors (which has been part of my mission statement all along).

AuthorDock Sales Letter

Gani,

Correct - AuthorDock was something I had to build since we had struggled for years to find a tool suitable for our needs. We've been on it over a year and now I can't imagine trying to do this work without it.

Utilizing AuthorDock, along with the consulting to help guide you through the workflow is the best scenario, and since my team is already on it, it's just a matter of assigning the tasks to the appropriate individual when the time comes.

It also has modules to help you keep track of a lot of disparate data.

The services on the pricing table are 'a la cart' services which allows my clients to utilize a combination of utilizing us, DIY, and hiring others to get it all down as quickly and cost effectively as possible. This structure allows me to support authors at any part of the process instead of only being able to offer pricey end-to-end full blown publishing packages.

I am also building out collaborative AuthorDock rooms to bring in experts in other areas to guide authors/publishers as well, they are add-ons, and may or may not apply to you. One that we we have in effect now is the Agent/Publisher Pitch Room. My best,
