Honor

I'm struck by a very simple premise. What if we honored every person who was older than us? Is it so hard to think that maybe we ought to? After all, they've been here longer than us and it's likely they'll be leaving before we do. Seems logical that we should honor them.

Can you bring a sense of honor to everyone you meet?

Honor precedes gratitude. The more we honor someone (or something), the greater our gratitude. And the gratitude in and of itself may in fact be the sweetest reward.

Honoring the process.

Honoring my elders (including my elder self to be).

Honoring the opportunity to serve others.
