I think I've always had an issue with self-care because I viewed it as being selfish.

Defining what I mean by ‘Self care is healthcare’ - a mantra I’ve adopted.

Taking care of myself means that I let myself off the hook guilt wise when it comes to taking care of myself in the form of exercise in the middle of the workday. I give ‘selfless’ to others most of the day. Taking a couple hours for a little bit of TLC for ’myself’ is ok!

I am so incredibly grateful that I work for myself because I know a traditional office job would never give me this kind of flexibility which allows my to take care of myself (so I can take better care of others).

I know by 5pm my energy is too low.

Health is wealth! Good health is high wealth Better health over greater wealth

All that money won’t help if your sick.

I can be very happy with less- health is a very tangible asset I am building!!
