Goodsync

It looks like most of the jobs are set up the same way, one-way backup from your local Dropbox client to the SFTP side. This may cause some issues as the local Dropbox client is constantly syncing itself to your Dropbox cloud as well.

Disable the Dropbox native client on your computer. It may interfere with GoodSync.

Please note that you can sync directly with your Dropbox account using GoodSync. https://help.goodsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003419631-Dropbox

So you could set up the jobs to sync directly from your Dropbox cloud to the SFTP folder.

In this case, you could use either the Periodic or On Schedule auto option to sync the jobs instead of On File Change. For more information on auto options you can refer to the documentation link: https://help.goodsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003225051-Auto

Q. I've never understood what under 'Advanced Auto Options' the item listed means: Do not Sync if change files more than 100%

When would I use that? What if I set it at 1%? What determines the % of a file

A. This option ensures that Automated Sync is not performed if more than the specified (in percent) fraction of files in the Job has changed. An unusually high number of changed files could indicate an event that requires user attention (e.g. ransomware). Set to 100% to Sync no matter how big the changes are. This option applies both to 1-way and 2-way jobs.

1% would be very low most likely and prevent lots of modified files from syncing. The option is not necessary to use, but most of the time if it is configured, it would be 50% or more.
