PHASE 1: WRITE, CONVERT & PUBLISH!

• Learn to convert your own books or hire an expert. Recommended: ePubConversions.com or ePubTemplates.com
• Setup your title for Print On Demand.
• Setup your own distribution to reach affiliate marketplaces. Recommended: Clickbank

PHASE 2: BUILD & OPTIMIZE

• Hire out or build a sales page (website) and apply the 7 Secrets (download below)
• Create a Facebook sales page (www.Facebook.com/SelfPublishedSuccess)
• Build an affiliate tools page – seek out affiliates with the right audience

PHASE 3: PROMOTE (ongoing)

• Apply the 7 Secrets Marketing Map (download a copy below)
• Submit articles and press releases to relevant sites & media outlets (Get to Page 1 on Google)
• Create a opt-in newsletter with MailChimp, Constant Contact or aWeber (Capture leads)
• Spend your time optimizing your listing on Amazon. Stay where the shoppers are!!
