The 13 weeks A-Z system can inspire a focus by week on projects that are important. The idea is to pick 13 projects you will focus on each year. You the focus on each project for 1 week 4x per year:

For the weeks of the year, here's when the weeks fall (starting on a Monday). A few exceptions jack this up - Week 9 begins on 2/29.

The idea is to overly your 13 projects on each week 4x/year.
This is a good way to implement big projects. A author marketing plan for example. It gives structure to Chaos.
