Protagonist

Am I not the protagonist in my own life?

A unique way I am writing Wireframed is in the first person. The intent is to turn the reader into the protagonist. There is also a 3rd person who breaks through the 4th wall to give the protagonist advice.

Here's an example:

I've always been able to bootstrap. I can collect the income on deals now and start the work next week. Money shows up easily when I pick up the phone and offer my services to past clients who know and trust me. They have been waiting for my call. They are looking for someone like me to help them. I've ignored them in the past. But I must get paid to play the game. I must reconcile my books to see who owes me money.

Breath. You got this.

I see a low life indicator on the screen. Its not red, it's green. It means I'm running low on funds. The doors I must seek out are ones that generate more green.

In this example the 'Breathe. You got this.' is the little voice of reason that pops up throughout the book.

It's your coach and mentor. It reminds you that you are never in this alone.
