this is the start of a significant shift in my business model - as you've seen first hand that my bandwidth is limited, largely because I have failed to establish systems to facilitate others agents to step in to assist and allocate time for each client. Using collaborative authordock rooms, I can enable other agents to facilitate implementation of the successful strategies I see working for other authors (which has been part of my mission statement all along).

Great Quotes (for writers)

I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn. ~ Anne Frank

If there's a book that you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, you must be the one to write it. ~ Toni Morrison

Writing, to me, is simply thinking through my fingers. Isaac Asimov

To write something you have to risk making a fool of yourself. Anne Rice

To become something great, you must be willing to risk becoming something less.

Writers are not here to conform. We are here to challenge. We're not here to be comfortable—we're here, really, to shake things up. That's our job. Jeanette Winterson

Writing is the only thing that, when I do it, I don't feel I should be doing something else. Gloria Steinem

Writing is nothing more than a guided dream. Jorge Luis Borges

If I waited for perfection, I would never write a word. Margaret Atwood

AuthorDock Sales Letter

Correct - AuthorDock was something I had to build since we had struggled for years to find a tool suitable for our needs. We've been on it over a year and now I can't imagine trying to do this work without it.

Utilizing AuthorDock, along with the consulting to help guide you through the workflow is the best scenario, and since my team is already on it, it's just a matter of assigning the tasks to the appropriate individual when the time comes.

It also has modules to help you keep track of a lot of disparate data.

The services on the pricing table are 'a la cart' services which allows my clients to utilize a combination of utilizing us, DIY, and hiring others to get it all down as quickly and cost effectively as possible. This structure allows me to support authors at any part of the process instead of only being able to offer pricey end-to-end full blown publishing packages.

I am also building out collaborative AuthorDock rooms to bring in experts in other areas to guide authors/publishers as well, they are add-ons, and may or may not apply to you. One that we we have in effect now is the Agent/Publisher Pitch Room. My best,
